TURF FIELD CAMPAIGN
Supporters of Riverdale Athletics are dedicated to dramatically improving our facilities and plan to install a new synthetic turf surface inside the stadium. Year-round demand for our natural grass field continues to grow and more times than not, it is strained beyond our ability to maintain it for usage. The new surface will prevent us from having to save the field for only certain events and allow us to promote it to its full capacity. Your support will provide a premier environment to optimize the potential for our teams.
By making an investment in the synthetic turf surface, the schools and the community will benefit by more expanded utilization and improved safety. Year-round availability will enhance the potential for practices, games, competitions for many including football, baseball, softball, track and field, band, cheer, Jr. ROTC, soccer, ultimate frisbee and more. Additionally, middle schools, youth sports and community teams will be able to utilize the field as well. The expanded use of the facility will not only benefit students but the entire community well into the future.
